JP Mascaro & Sons in Allentown, PA is seeking a Sales Territory Manager to drive new business, meet targets, and grow our presence in assigned regions. You will manage current accounts, deliver quotes, perform daily cold calls, and collaborate with teams to implement solutions that satisfy customers' needs.

The role offers a competitive base salary with commissions, health and life insurance, a 401K match, and a supportive family environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• One to three years of outside sales experience.
• Strong work ethic; able to work independently in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communications; strong interpersonal skills.
• Organized and motivated to succeed; able to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.

Our Lehigh Valley Division, located in Allentown, PA, is currently searching for a Sales Territory Manager due to growth! We are looking for a dynamic individual ready to succeed and grow with us!

What You Will Do:

• Identify potential new business
• Meet monthly sales targets
• Increase company presence in assigned territories
• Manage current accounts ensuring customer satisfaction
• Analyze accounts to ensure the prospective customer is being quoted accurately and the proper solutions are being implemented
• Perform cold calls daily to prospective customers
• Provide quotes to prospective customers
• Maintain and submit sales reports
• Special projects and other job duties as assigned.

QualificationsYou Have:

• One (1) to three (3) years of experience as an outside sales professional
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be organized and motivated to succeed with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong skills related to Microsoft Office software products, specifically excel.
