JP Mascaro & Sons, headquartered in Wyoming Valley and operating in Nanticoke, PA, is seeking a Sales Territory Manager. The role focuses on identifying new business, meeting targets, and expanding the company presence in designated territories.

You will manage existing accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and prepare accurate quotes and solutions for clients. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in outside sales, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience required (1–3 years).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

Our Wyoming Valley Division, located in Nanticoke, PA, is currently searching for a Sales Territory Manager due to growth! We are looking for a dynamic individual ready to succeed and grow with us!

What You Will Do:

• Identify potential new business
• Meet monthly sales targets
• Increase company presence in assigned territories
• Manage current accounts ensuring customer satisfaction
• Analyze accounts to ensure the prospective customer is being quoted accurately and the proper solutions are being implemented
• Perform cold calls daily to prospective customers
• Provide quotes to prospective customers
• Maintain and submit sales reports
• Special projects and other job duties as assigned.

QualificationsYou Have:

• One (1) to three (3) years of experience as an outside sales professional
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be organized and motivated to succeed with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong skills related to Microsoft Office software products, specifically excel.
