3 Day Blinds is seeking a Sr. Manager, Sales Technology to lead the strategy and evolution of our Salesforce and commercial tech platforms. You will drive CRM, AI, automation, and BI initiatives to uplift sales productivity and customer experiences.

Join a growth-focused team at a national retailer, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT to set the technology direction and deliver measurable business impact.

Competenze

• 8+ years leading enterprise Salesforce environments and platform strategy.
• 5+ years of people leadership in technical or business systems teams.
• Strong knowledge of CRM architecture, integrations, data governance, and reporting.
• Experience creating technology roadmaps and scalable solutions for sales productivity.

• Own strategy, governance, and roadmap for Salesforce and commercial tech platforms.
• Lead the Sales Technology team and set priorities, performance, and growth.
