3 Day Blinds is seeking a Sr. Manager, Sales Technology to shape the strategy and roadmap for Salesforce and related commercial technology platforms.

You will lead a growing Sales Tech team, partner with executives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations, and drive adoption of CRM, BI, AI, automation, and digital tools to support growth. Competenze

8+ years leading enterprise Salesforce environments.
5+ years of people leadership in technical or business teams.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Field Service, CRM architecture, integrations, automation, data governance, and reporting.
Experience building technology roadmaps and scalable solutions.
Ability to drive digital transformation and commercial growth.
