3 Day Blinds (Corporate) is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Technology to lead the Salesforce platform and related tools for Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations. This role guides strategy, governance, and adoption of CRM, BI, AI, and digital solutions to boost productivity and customer experience.

You will build and lead the Sales Technology team, collaborate with senior leaders, and drive scalable technology that supports growth and long-term goals.

Competenze

• 8+ years leading enterprise Salesforce environments.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of CRM architecture and integrations.
• Experience building technology roadmaps for commercial growth.
• Experience with AI, BI, automation initiatives.

Mansioni

• Own the strategy, governance, and roadmap for Salesforce and commercial tech platforms.
• Lead the Sales Technology team and set priorities and performance goals.
• Partner with executives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations and IT.
• Drive CRM enhancements, CPQ integration, and measurement/visualization tech modernization.
• Deliver executive dashboards and insights via BI tools.
