Job summary

Mars Accelerator Division seeks a Sale Technology Lead to drive the strategic technology enablement of Sales capabilities. You will own architecture and product lifecycle for Trade Promotion Management (Salesforce TPM) and Retail Execution (Salesforce Rex), reporting to the Sr.

Director Digital Technology. You will balance strategic alignment with hands-on configuration, lead cross-functional teams, and partner with global product and deployment groups to ensure agile, scalable deployments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the master Sales DT roadmap and lead the design, operating model, and rollout of critical capabilities, with absolute technical ownership of Salesforce TPM (Trade Promotion Management) and Salesforce Rex (Retail Execution).
Serve as the chief technical liaison to the Sales Leads across each BU and within the centralized Accelerator Division.
Collaborate with global product, architecture, and deployment teams to ensure the right-sized Snacking products are configured to support speed-to-market.
Actively participate in end-to-end delivery lifecycle with prototyping, testing workflows, environment configurations, and data integrations.
Oversee the technical deployment of digital commerce, category management, and sales intelligence tools, ensuring unified reporting.
