Director Digital Technology, you will architect the operating model, drive the product lifecycle, and enable rapid, nimble deployments tailored for Mars brands. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is required.
- 5-7+ years of progressive leadership experience in Digital Technologies, focused on Salesforce TPM and Salesforce Rex.
- Advanced hands-on knowledge of Salesforce TPM and Salesforce Rex is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Commerce IQ, Nielsen IQ / Circana, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and B2B Commerce platforms.
Responsabilités
- Own the master Sales DT roadmap and oversee design, operating model, and rollout of capabilities, with ownership of Salesforce TPM and Salesforce Rex.
- Serve as chief technical liaison to Sales Leads across BUs and the centralized Accelerator Division.
- Collaborate with global product, architecture, and deployment teams to ensure aligned, scalable solutions.
- Participate in end-to-end delivery with prototyping, testing workflows, environment configurations, and data integration troubleshooting.
- Oversee deployment of analytics tools and reporting for unified insights (Commerce IQ, Nielsen IQ / Circana, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
