This role focuses on data processing, ERP integrations, and the Salesforce ecosystem (CRM Analytics / Data Cloud).

Qualifications

• 5+ years Salesforce experience, with 2+ years in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud TPM implementation (solution + technical design).
• Bachelor's Degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud TPM solutions.
• Translate TPM functional requirements into scalable Salesforce platform designs.
• Lead architecture discussions with IT stakeholders across Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems.
• Oversee development teams to ensure delivery aligns with architecture, performance, and quality standards.
• Design integrations with ERP platforms and enterprise data systems.
• Optimize solutions for high-volume TPM data processing and batch workloads.
• Provide technical leadership across the Salesforce ecosystem including CRM Analytics and Data Cloud.
• Analyze and interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
• Mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Confirm adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Work with stakeholders to identify and leverage opportunities for enhancement.
• Implement innovative strategies to elevate client engagement and service delivery.
