Job summary

PwC in Washington, DC is seeking a Technical Manager to lead Salesforce Trade Promotion Management (TPM) implementations within the Pricing, Promotion, and Revenue Management team. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensure seamless integration across systems.

You will mentor delivery teams, manage architecture discussions with IT stakeholders, and drive high-impact TPM transformations for clients with Salesforce TPM suites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 5 years of Salesforce experience with 2 years of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud TPM implementation experience (solution + technical design).

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud – TPM solutions.
• Translate TPM functional requirements into scalable Salesforce platform designs.
• Lead architecture discussions with IT stakeholders across Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems.
• Oversee development teams and ensure delivery aligns with architecture, performance, and quality standards.
• Design integrations with ERP platforms and enterprise data systems.
• Optimize solutions for high-volume TPM data processing and batch workloads.
• Provide technical leadership across the Salesforce ecosystem including CRM Analytics and Data Cloud.
• Analyze and interpret data to drive informed decision‑making.
• Mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Confirm adherence to project timelines and quality standards; work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Implement innovative strategies to elevate client engagement and service delivery.
