Job summary

PwC is seeking a Technical Manager to lead Salesforce TPM implementations within the Pricing, Promotion, and Revenue Management team. You will translate business requirements into scalable solutions, guide architecture discussions with IT, and supervise delivery across ERP integrations and data platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 5 years of Salesforce experience with 2 years of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud – TPM implementation experience (solution + technical design).
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage complex TPM engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud – TPM solutions.
• Translate TPM functional requirements into scalable Salesforce platform designs.
• Lead architecture discussions with IT stakeholders across Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems.
• Oversee development teams and ensure delivery aligns with architecture, performance, and quality standards.
• Design integrations with ERP platforms and enterprise data systems.
• Optimize TPM data processing and batch workloads for high-volume scenarios.
• Provide technical leadership across the Salesforce ecosystem including CRM Analytics and Data Cloud.
• Mentor team members to enhance skills and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancement and improved service delivery.
