Job summary

PwC is seeking a Technical Manager to drive Salesforce TPM implementations within its Pricing, Promotion, and Revenue Management team. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and lead cross-functional architecture discussions across Salesforce and ERP integrations.

Responsibilities include leading TPM solutions, overseeing delivery, mentoring teams, and ensuring quality and timeliness of projects in a fast-paced client environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
5+ years of Salesforce experience with 2 years of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud TPM implementation experience (solution + technical design).

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud - TPM solutions.
Translate TPM functional requirements into scalable Salesforce platform designs.
Lead architecture discussions with IT stakeholders across Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems.
Oversee development teams and ensure delivery aligns with architecture, performance, and quality standards.
Design integrations with ERP platforms and enterprise data systems.
Optimize solutions for high-volume TPM data processing and batch workloads.
Provide technical leadership across the Salesforce ecosystem including CRM Analytics and Data Cloud.
Mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
