Job summary

PwC is seeking a Technical Manager to lead Salesforce TPM implementations within the Pricing, Promotion, and Revenue Management team. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless system integration for high-volume TPM workloads.

You will mentor staff, drive architectural discussions with IT stakeholders, and deliver complex TPM engagements while aligning with client objectives and PwC standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years Salesforce experience with 2 years of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud – TPM implementation experience (solution + technical design).
• Certifications in Salesforce preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise architectural discussions with IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud – TPM solutions.
• Translate TPM functional requirements into scalable Salesforce platform designs.
• Lead architecture discussions with IT stakeholders across Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems.
• Oversee development teams and ensure delivery aligns with architecture, performance, and quality standards.
• Design integrations with ERP platforms and enterprise data systems.
• Mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
