Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Manager 3, AI Science (MLOps, AI, Data Science) to lead a multi-team AI Science organization within DGX, spanning MarTech, Data, and IDX data pipelines. You will mentor data and AI scientists, shape production-grade AI systems, and partner with product and engineering to embed AI into the DGX stack.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or MLOps.
• 3+ years of people management across multiple teams.
• Experience with advanced analytics techniques such as Python, ML models, LLMs.
• Shaping technical strategy and architecture for AI/ML systems at scale.
• Strong hands-on background in ML Operations and data pipelines.
• Experience with semantic layers, knowledge graphs, or entity-resolution systems.
• Experience partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering to ship AI-driven experiences.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Statistics/Data Science or related field; Master's/PhD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape technical direction across DGX capabilities into AI-ready systems.
• Own the self-learning semantic layer infrastructure and verification processes.
• Design verification and eval layers for outputs before they reach agents or decisions.
• Lead digital-twin model development for marketing and sales scenarios.
• Drive anomaly detection and data quality governance across the data estate.
• Advance AI adoption and agent-enabled development across products and platforms.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to ship AI-driven experiences.
