Job summary

The Suddath Companies is seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to manage Workplace Solutions sales in the Orlando area. You will lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue and profitability targets, while fostering a culture of performance and teamwork.

You will coach, recruit, and train the local sales team, ensuring disciplined execution of the sales process and strong CRM discipline. A background in moving, logistics, or related services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of successful sales management experience with targets met or exceeded.
• Experience with CRM management and training sales teams to use a system.
• Travel daily within the market to support and develop the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Workplace Solutions sales professionals in the local market.
• Coach and mentor team; conduct pipeline reviews and performance discussions.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training for the local sales team.
• Drive sales targets, forecast accuracy, and CRM compliance.
• Build relationships with customers and key stakeholders in the market.
