Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity.
• Lead and coach team to deliver best-in-class guest experience and achieve KPIs.
• Recruit, hire, and develop strong talent to maintain staffing for business needs.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback, create development plans, and conduct reviews.
