Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. seeks a full-time Sales Leader in Knoxville, TN to support the Store Leadership Team. You will lead high‑impact LOD shifts, ensure stellar guest experiences, and uphold daily operations while training and celebrating associates.

Your focus is driving sales results and representing our brand values with authenticity. You will champion guest-first service, develop teams, and maintain visual standards, safety, and loss‑prevention.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a retail environment.
• Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and sales results.
• Strong coaching, feedback and performance management skills.
• Ability to recruit, train and retain store staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity.
• Motivate and coach associates to meet AEO service standards.
• Recruit, hire and develop talent to ensure adequate staffing.
• Set goals for Sales and Stock teams and provide real-time feedback.
• Execute daily visual and operational standards, including shipments and merchandising.
• Maintain store safety, asset protection, and policy compliance.
