You will drive sales performance, supervise the sales team, lead daily briefs, assist with stock management and visual merchandising, and help train and onboard new team members to uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service on the shop floor.
• Supervise and support the sales team on the shop floor.
• Lead daily briefs and set team goals aligned to store targets.
• Support visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
• Monitor and execute daily store operations, including stock management.
• Act as keyholder and support opening/closing procedures.
