Job summary

Freehold Raceway Mall is seeking a motivated retail leader to support the Store Manager and Manager In Training. You will assist in recruiting, training, and guiding a high-performing sales team to meet store goals and safeguard assets.

You will help supervise daily operations, ensure loss prevention, and communicate needs to leadership, all while delivering a fun, full-service customer experience during peak hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a retail setting.
• Strong focus on customer experience and sales performance.
• Willingness to participate in training programs for advancement to Co-Manager.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store sales goals and performance standards.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring of store staff.
• Train and develop a successful sales team.
• Provide coaching and enforce company policies.
• Ensure implementation of company initiatives and standards.
• Manage daily store operations in the absence of Store Manager/Manager In Training.
• Oversee loss prevention practices and risk management.
• Communicate store needs to management and resolve customer issues.
