Job summary

JD Finish Line in New Jersey seeks an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor to lead daily operations, inspire a high-performance team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will have autonomy to shape store success and contribute to growth.

You will drive sales, manage budgets, oversee inventory and merchandising, and uphold store standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
