Job summary

VIVAIA is seeking an Operations Lead to support store performance and drive operational excellence. You will oversee inventory accuracy, execute processes, and maintain an organized store environment to help the leadership team run the day-to-day smoothly.

You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Visual, and Leadership to implement store initiatives, coach brand advisors, and uphold stockroom standards while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail operations experience.
• Strong inventory management and stockroom organization.
• Ability to prioritize and solve problems in fast-paced environments.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience coaching and developing a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute inventory management processes.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies with leadership.
• Oversee daily operations: shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor recovery.
• Maintain stockroom standards for efficiency and safety.
• Coach and develop brand advisors.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Visual, and Leadership.
