Job summary

Miniso is seeking a Store Manager to lead a vibrant team on location in Mission Viejo, CA. You will drive day-to-day operations, deliver exceptional customer service, manage inventory, labor, and merchandising while promoting our membership program.

You will coach and develop staff, ensure profitability, uphold company standards, and partner with the Area/District Manager and HR to address performance and security procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team including the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Promote and embody Miniso mission and values in daily work.
• Ensure seamless store execution: customer service, merchandising, SOP adherence, and sales performance.
• Promote and drive engagement with the store's membership program to foster loyalty.
• Oversee all store operations and overall performance to develop staff.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent; conduct performance evaluations and career development.
• Uphold store standards, focusing on profitability through effective sales and expense management.
• Manage cash-handling tasks and ensure a clean, safe environment for staff and customers.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR on performance and relations; ensure role accountability.
• Operate computers/printers, manage schedules, and keep the store organized.
• Drive an inviting store environment with visuals aligned to guidelines.
• Plan strategically to boost store presence, traffic, and sales performance.
• Address and resolve staff and customer issues with quick, effective solutions.
