Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to drive sales and key metrics.
• Proven ability to mentor and coach employees.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Move around store and lift at least 40 lbs.
• Proficient with technology and Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales associates to achieve store objectives and key metrics.
• Develop and execute promotional and grassroots events.
• Collaborate with store operations on floor sets, pricing, and replenishment.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and performance coaching.
• Foster a positive store culture and recognize employee contributions.
• Recruit and interview to build ready-now talent bench.
• Ensure asset protection and safety compliance.
