Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain - study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursement available)
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)

Responsibilities

• Lead direct sales efforts in designated territory.
• Provide training and mentorship to new team members.
• Engage with business owners, benefits managers, and employees.
• Occasionally present products to groups of 50–100+ people.
• Balance sales goals with leadership and mentorship responsibilities.
