Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2-3 years of retail experience, with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours; regular attendance essential.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our V.I.B.E.S service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback and concerns, while demonstrating core Crocs values.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Lead on the sales floor to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities by delegating tasks and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations and launches.
• Adhere to policies including Asset Protection, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
