Qualified Candidates

• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail and sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and can multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Support total body care with general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Daily Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote total body care by educating clients, selling the Wellness Program, booking future services, and encouraging retail purchases
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling, answering calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts
• Meet sales and performance goals
• Train new Sales Team Members and provide ongoing coaching
