Job summary

SONS Roofing is one of the fastest-growing roofing companies in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, and we're looking for a driven, people-first Sales Team Lead to help us build and lead a high-performing sales team.

This is more than a sales position. You’ll lead from the front, develop people, and help build a winning team, working directly under experienced leadership with training, mentorship, and tools to grow quickly into senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or team management experience is required.
• Roofing industry experience is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and people skills are essential.
• Willingness to recruit and train new sales reps.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of roofing sales representatives.
• Continue generating sales and set the example in the field.
• Knock doors and meet with homeowners to generate roofing opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop new sales reps.
• Coach team members to improve their sales performance.
• Help your team set and achieve individual and team goals.
• Build a positive, competitive, and accountable team culture.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, sales contests, and training.
• Work closely with leadership to grow the sales organization.

You’ll work directly under experienced, award-winning leadership and receive the training, mentorship, and tools needed to grow quickly into senior leadership.

• Comfortable climbing roofs — safety training is provided
• Able to work throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area
