Lithia Motors’ Anaheim Hyundai is seeking a Service Technician with strong Hyundai/Kia dealership experience to deliver high-quality vehicle service. This role offers Class A pay and a flat-rate plan with production incentives, with schedules including 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, or 9am-6pm, Monday through Saturday.

Based in Anaheim, CA, the position supports a competitive total rewards package. You will diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems, perform advanced electrical and drivability work,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years automotive dealership experience.
• Experience with Hyundai or Kia brands.
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and dealership computer systems.
• Ability to prioritize multiple repair orders while maintaining quality and time expectations.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience with Hyundai or Kia brands.

• Prioritize multiple repair orders while meeting quality and time expectations.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Flat Rate Pay Range for this position is $38.00 - $42.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
