Paycom is seeking a Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage reporting for Sales, EM, CRR and to keep Talent Acquisition and Onboarding systems accurate and compliant. You will partner with sales leadership, recruiters, and stakeholders to improve processes, coordinate culture index assessments, support internal mobility, and handle timely interview scheduling and candidate communications.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR systems or data coordination.
• 2+ years in human resources or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate setting.

Mansioni

• Manage all Sales, EM, CRR reporting, including recurring and ad hoc requests.
• Audit data, resolve discrepancies, and implement corrections to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Coordinate Culture Index assessments and maintain records for recruiting.
• Review eligibility, approve offer letters, and submit transfer and promotion Personnel Action Forms.
• Manage requisitions and job postings, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Partner with recruiters and sales leadership as needed.
• Manage recruiting agency communications and candidate allocation.
• Schedule interviews and notify candidates and internal stakeholders of changes.
• Update candidate and employee records in Talent Acquisition and Onboarding systems.
• Track missing documents and send complete materials to stakeholders.
• Maintain invoices and expenses; ensure confidentiality.
• Prepare meeting agendas and follow up on actions.
• Maintain calendars, templates, and process docs; escalate delays.
• Coordinate recruiting event logistics; support special projects.
