• 5 years of experience in sales or sales enablement.
• Experience in the full lifecycle of sales enablement or training programs (e.g., analysis or identification, development, and execution).
• Experience working with sales or Go-To-Market processes.
• Experience creating and delivering training materials to a sales audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality technical content and processes for sales teams on the effective use of business systems, ensuring proficiency and operational excellence.
• Represent regional requirements to global systems teams and identify knowledge gaps; maintain current, engaging sales documentation.
• Design and distribute clear communications regarding system updates and new offerings to sales audiences.
• Publish materials to help sellers navigate complex business system landscapes and stay informed of changes.
• Audit documentation as systems evolve and drive programs that increase sales productivity and system adoption.
