Job summary

Hottinger Bruel & Kjaer seeks a Sales Systems Specialist to own the iHawk configurator and CPQ inside Salesforce. You will modernize ERP integration and reduce manual data entry across CRM/ERP, guiding sales processes with IT and Sales leadership.

The role emphasizes Salesforce expertise, CPQ implementation, and cross-system design to streamline quoting, pricing, and forecasting for a high-tech product line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in sales operations, business systems, CPQ/CRM or technical sales support.
• Direct Salesforce/CPQ experience preferred; ERP modernization a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and design CPQ inside Salesforce, replacing current workflow.
• Lead ERP-to-Salesforce integration modernization for automated data flow.
• Administer core sales systems: Quote System, Configurator, Price Lists, Product Database.
• Roll out Salesforce workflows and minimize manual data entry.
• Partner with Sales leadership to improve forecasting and processes.
