Job summary

HBK - Hottinger Brüel & Kjær seeks a Sales Systems Specialist to own the technical backbone of quoting and pricing inside Salesforce. You will modernize tools used by sales reps to configure, price, and quote CCRT’s real-time computing systems while driving ERP integration improvements.

You’ll collaborate with Product Systems Manager, Sales leadership, and IT to ensure systems support sales processes and reduce manual data entry. US citizenship required; full-time on-site role in Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in sales operations, business systems administration, CPQ/CRM implementation or related technical sales support role.
• Direct experience administering Salesforce or a CPQ platform; ERP modernization experience (QAD or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update iHawk configurator compatibility rules as new products are introduced or retired.
• Design and build a new CPQ system inside Salesforce, replacing current manual quoting workflow.
• Lead modernization of QAD ERP integration for automated data flow between ERP and Salesforce.
