Job summary

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for a global manufacturing company located in Tacoma, WA. You will support the sales and logistics teams by processing purchase orders, reviewing shipping documentation, and providing customer service to clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, experience with contracts and customer orders, and solid B2B customer support experience.

Qualifications

Associates degree + 2 years of relevant experience preferred; HS diploma with 5 years' experience also accepted.
Bachelor's degree is ideal.
Strong eye for detail and experience with contracts and customer orders are preferred.
Excellent B2B customer support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Process and track domestic and international customer orders, including logistics coordination and documentation accuracy.
Provide order support and timely communication with both internal teams and external vendors.
Maintain and manage order records, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and international shipping regulations.
Travel occasionally to support the sales and logistics teams as needed.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Assist with reviewing shipping documentation and processing purchase orders.
