Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company (GTL) is seeking a Sales Support Supervisor to lead a team that assists agents via inbound calls, email, chat, and fax. You will coach, set priorities, monitor service levels, and improve workflows to ensure timely, accurate service.

You will collaborate across departments to support onboarding, quoting, and insurance product servicing while driving strategic sales support initiatives and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and carrier

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leading a department, sales support or customer service preferred
• 4+ years in customer service or sales, insurance industry experience preferred
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the sales support team
• Support carrier contracting
• Reporting
• Manage inter-team communication in partnership with sales support team members
• Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures
• Collaborate on the development of sales support strategies
• Identify deficiencies and implement efficiency improvements
• Handle and de-escalate escalation calls
