Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company (GTL) is hiring a Sales Support Supervisor in Glenview, IL. The on-site role includes occasional remote days and a focus on coaching a unified team supporting agents via phone, email, chat, and fax.

You will guide operational priorities, monitor service levels, and improve workflows while expanding knowledge of onboarding, quoting, and product servicing. Collaboration across departments is essential for achieving business goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year leadership in a department, sales support or customer service.
• 4+ years in customer service or sales; insurance industry preferred.
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the sales support team
• Support carrier contracting
• Reporting
• Manage inter-team communication in partnership with sales support team
• Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures
• Collaborate on development of sales support strategies
• Identify deficiencies and implement efficiency improvements
• Handle and de-escalate escalation calls
