Job summary

Fort Myers Broadcasting Company seeks a versatile HR Generalist to support our growing team. This role handles day-to-day HR operations, serves as a point of contact for employees and managers, supports the HR Team, and helps align people practices with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience required, with experience in benefits, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and other general HR functions.
• Equivalent relevant professional HR experience may be considered in lieu of the degree based on the candidate’s overall qualifications and demonstrated experience.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Experience with HRIS/HRMS and ATS systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, organization, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
