SmartScale360 is hiring a Sales Assistant Specialist to support a U.S.-based client by providing exceptional customer service, client support, and sales administration. You'll help ensure a seamless customer experience by handling service inquiries, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, client servicing, or account coordination.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or using HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist clients with service requests and provide timely follow-ups.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and client communications.

Schedule

• Work Schedule: To be confirmed by the client
• Availability: Must be available to work any day of the week
• Shift: Must be flexible to work U.S. business hours based on operational needs
