SmartScale360 is hiring a Sales Assistant Specialist to support a U.S.-based client by providing exceptional customer service, client support, and sales administration. You'll help ensure a seamless customer experience by handling service inquiries, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, client servicing, or account coordination.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Experience using CRM systems and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or using HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive is a plus.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Assist clients with service requests and provide timely follow-ups.
Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and client communications.
Maintain accurate CRM records and update customer information.
Track pending requests and ensure timely resolution.
Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist with daily operations.
