Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments, purchase orders, and logistics with clients and vendors to support on-time delivery.
• Provide customers with timely status updates on orders, deliveries, and project activities.
• Maintain and distribute project documentation including meeting agendas, minutes, status reports, and schedules.
• Support Project Managers with client communications, meeting preparation, and follow-up items.
• Serve as a day-to-day operational contact during active customer engagements.
• Track purchase orders and expenditures, assisting with project budget monitoring.
• Run reports and analyze data to support project tracking and reporting needs.
