Vallen is seeking a Sales Support Representative to assist the operations team in supporting sales. This role involves clerical duties, SOP adherence, and frequent internal collaboration to improve efficiency.

You will help prepare sales materials, coordinate communications, and support a range of ongoing projects. The position requires strong organizational skills, a customer-service mindset, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist operations and sales teams with clerical tasks and SOPs.
• Coordinate presentations and distribute sales materials to internal customers.
• Help prepare and distribute sales reports and documentation.
• Answer routine questions, route calls, and manage mail and messages.
• Support other projects and nonrecurring assignments as needed.
