Job summary

Döhler GmbH in Princeton, NJ is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist to be the key contact for Account Managers, supporting new and existing customers, and managing quotes, orders and data accuracy. This full-time onsite role collaborates with the Pricing Team and Account Managers to ensure smooth lead-to-order processes.

You will maintain master data, process samples, prepare contracts, and assist with forecast and new product setups while proactively addressing overdue accounts.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales operations or sales support.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels.
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical capability.
• Operate in a fast-moving environment with responsibility to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Processing sample requests in a timely and accurate manner
• Preparing quotations, contracts and price agreements quickly with Pricing Team and Account Managers
• Keeping system tracking up to date with all relevant data inputs
• Continuously updating customer master data
• Ensuring optimum information exchange within the division and interfaces
• Supporting Sales during Lead-to-Order process, including RFI
• Fulfilling administrative tasks to support Account Managers, including Forecast entry and New Product set ups
• Proactively managing any customer overdues
