Home City Inc, a leading luxury home textiles and bedding provider based in Edison, NJ, seeks a customer service professional to deliver outstanding support. You will handle calls, emails, and orders, update CRM records, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You should have 2-3 years in call center or customer service, be proficient in Windows/Microsoft Office, and comfortable with data entry and CRM systems. Local commuting candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years call center support and/or customer service experience.
• Able to type 40 words per minute.
• Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems and data entry.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve product issues.
• Update internal database with every customer transaction.
• Handle phone and online orders and follow up as needed.
• Maintain documentation of activities and outcomes.
• Escalate priority issues and stay current on product information.
