Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a courteous Sales Support Representative to join our growing office team. You will support customers by phone, email, and in-person, prepare quotes and proposals, and help keep the sales process moving.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, accurate data entry in CRM, and coordination with internal teams. Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, $40–60k yearly, with benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales support experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience and/or other technical systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
• Mechanical aptitude or experience in manufacturing/industrial environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and product recommendations
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries
• Schedule appointments and maintain customer records
• Update CRM systems and sales activity
• Coordinate with internal teams to support order processing
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
