Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a sales support or customer service role.
• Fortune 50 company experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for client inquiries and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and distribute accurate sales documents and proposals.
• Manage and process sales orders with cross-functional teams for timely delivery.
• Maintain customer databases and ensure data integrity for sales initiatives.
• Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Build and sustain relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Address and resolve client issues to uphold satisfaction and brand reputation.
