Job summary

Cellular Sales is seeking a Call Center Representative to support our sales team by handling inquiries, researching information, and preparing reports. You will work with Sales Consultants, customers, and leadership to maintain efficient processes and adapt to changing priorities.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and strong communication, problem solving, and time management skills. Excel proficiency is a plus in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Excel highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accept, resolve and/or elevate customer calls and/or manage the documentation and follow up processes.
• Accept, resolve and/or appropriately elevate Sales Representatives issues/complaints.
• Coordinate and supply necessary documentation within online reporting trackers as needed.
• Utilize internal systems to access and research customer accounts and history.
• Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services.
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as follow up actions taken.
• Consistently follow up to ensure that appropriate changes were made/actions were taken to resolve customers' problems.
