Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our Account Executives in managing and executing client advertising campaigns. This role plays a key part in ensuring the seamless delivery and billing of agency orders through cross-functional collaboration and system management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Account Executives in preparing sales orders and managing client accounts
• Maintain operational flow of agency orders by overseeing approvals, inventory tracking, movement requests, allocations, and ADUs (audience deficiency units) within WideOrbit
• Process makegoods for unaired commercials and ensure proper scheduling in future weeks
• Collaborate daily with Traffic and Pricing & Inventory teams to ensure flawless campaign execution
• Verify adherence to client-specific restrictions, including DNA (Do Not Air) lists and commercial separation guidelines
• Monitor and report on client impression delivery, working with internal teams to optimize campaign performance and ensure full delivery and billing
• Generate reports to identify and resolve order discrepancies
• Partner with Finance to address and clear billing issues through accurate documentation and discrepancy resolution
• Maintain and update client database and account lists
