Our client in the entertainment industry is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join their team! Looking for candidates with a background in hospitality as this role is client-facing and customer service oriented, either in a sales capacity or marketing related area. Candidates should understand how to deal with different personalities and levels of expertise. Basic Excel experience is required, including filters, simple formulas, sorting, analysis, updating data charts, and data entry.

• Pay rate: $26 per hour
• Requisition Start Date: 06/16/2025
• Requisition End Date: 12/26/2025
• Location: New York, NY
• Hybrid schedule: three days in office (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday), subject to change
• Hours: 9:30am to 6pm ET, with potential OT based on project needs

Responsibilities:

• Assist Account Executives in preparing sales orders and monitoring client accounts
• Maintain operational efficiency of agency orders, including approvals, inventory tracking, movement requests, allocations, and ADUs within Wide Orbit
• Makegood commercials that did not air into future weeks in Wide Orbit
• Coordinate daily with Traffic and Pricing & Inventory to ensure flawless order execution and delivery
• Ensure client restrictions are followed, including DNA lists and commercial separation
• Monitor, track, and report on client impressions; coordinate with departments to ensure order delivery and billing
• Generate reports to troubleshoot and resolve order discrepancies
• Work with Finance to resolve billing issues by generating and submitting paperwork
• Maintain client database and account list

Qualifications:

• Experience with Excel
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Recent college graduates or candidates with some relevant experience considered
• Team player able to work with diverse individuals
