Sales Support Specialist - Commercials & Ads VIAJP00001328 (H)

A leading digital streaming network seeks a Sales Support Specialist.The successful candidate will assist Account Executives (AEs) in preparing sales orders and monitoring client accounts. The company offers a great work environment!

Sales Support Specialist Pay and Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $27/hr
• Worksite: New York City, NY 10036 - Hybrid, Must be three days onsite is standard (Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays - This is subject to change as business needs change)
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
• 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment

Sales Support Specialist Responsibilities:

• Maintain operational efficiency of agency orders through approvals, tracking of linear commercial inventory, movement requests, allocations, and ADUs (audience deficiency units) within the sales system, Wide Orbit.
• Makegood any commercials that did not air in future weeks in Wide Orbit.
• Daily contact with Traffic and Pricing & Inventory to ensure flawless execution and delivery of agency orders.
• Ensure client restrictions are upheld by confirming client DNA (Do Not Air) lists are being followed by Traffic as well as commercial separation.
• Monitor/track and regularly report on client impressions, working with multiple departments to make any adjustments needed to ensure orders are delivered and billed in full.
• Generate reports to troubleshoot and resolve order discrepancies.
• Work directly with Finance to help clear billing issues by generating paperwork and submitting billing discrepancies.

Sales Support Specialist Qualifications:

• Related experience, or experience in hospitality, client/customer service, sales, or a marketing-related area.
• Experience dealing with different types of personalities and levels of expertise.
• Entertainment experience is nice to have.
• Excel experience (Basic filters, simple formulas, sorting, simple analysis, updating data, charts and details, and data entry).
• Heavy training for proprietary environment, willing to learn in a flexible, changing, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent writing/communication skills.

Shift:

• 9:30 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Time office hours, there may be overtime depending on certain project deliverables.
