Job Description

A leading digital streaming network is seeking a Sales Support Specialist. The successful candidate will assist Account Executives (AEs) in preparing sales orders and monitoring client accounts. The company offers a great work environment!

Sales Support Specialist - Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $27/hr
  • Worksite: New York City, NY 10036 - Hybrid, with three days onsite (Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays), subject to change based on business needs
  • 40 hours/week, 6-month assignment
  • Maintain operational efficiency of agency orders through approvals, tracking of linear commercial inventory, movement requests, allocations, and ADUs within Wide Orbit
  • Make good any commercials that did not air in future weeks in Wide Orbit
  • Coordinate daily with Traffic and Pricing & Inventory to ensure flawless execution and delivery of agency orders
  • Ensure client restrictions are upheld by verifying Do Not Air (DNA) lists and commercial separation
  • Monitor and report on client impressions, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure orders are delivered and billed in full
  • Generate reports to troubleshoot and resolve order discrepancies
  • Work with Finance to resolve billing issues by generating and submitting necessary paperwork
  • Related experience in hospitality, client/customer service, sales, or marketing is preferred
  • Experience dealing with various personalities and levels of expertise
  • Entertainment industry experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel (filters, formulas, sorting, basic analysis, data entry, charts)
  • Willingness to learn proprietary systems in a fast-paced, flexible environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Shift:

  • 9:30 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Time, with potential overtime depending on project needs
