You will become an expert on our product range, communicate with clients, support Senior Account Managers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and exceptional client experiences.

• Maintain regular, effective communication with clients to meet their needs.
• Become an expert in GME Supply’s product offering to assist clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Provide feedback to Senior Account Managers to drive improvement.
• Undertake additional duties to support exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders through the platform and manage order accuracy.
• Communicate with customers to provide status updates and resolve inquiries.
• Improve overall customer service by identifying pain points and implementing solutions.
• Identify opportunities for customer growth and upsell where appropriate.
• Assist with safety program management and documentation as needed.

Description Sales Support Specialist support our customers through the platform offering seamless safety equipment ordering and safety program management. Daily activities include order processing, customer communication, improving customer service, identifying opportunities for customer growth, and strategy development.
