Job summary

Uline is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for our Boston Sales Office to help customers get the products they need while supporting a team of Sales Representatives. You will answer questions, process orders, prepare quotes and coordinate pricing with vendors, contributing to the legendary service Uline is known for.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM. Location: Boston Sales Office, 1 North Avenue, Burlington, MA 01803. On-site position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of office experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and time-management skills.

As a Sales Support Specialist at Uline’s Boston Sales Office, you’ll help customers get the products they need while supporting a team of Sales Representatives. From answering questions to processing orders and preparing quotes, you’ll play a key role in delivering the legendary service Uline is known for.
